Business Overview

Cornes is recognised by the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office (UKHO) as an International Admiralty Chart Agent (IACA) for British Admiralty Charts and can offer rapid delivery from a stock of approximately 5,000 fully revised and updated nautical charts.
In addition, Admiralty Vector Chart Service (AVCS) offered by UKHO has been certified as an international standard and meets the requirements for use with Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS), the installation of which became mandatory on all new-build vessels from July 2012.

The International Safety Management (ISM) Code came into force in July 1998 and, since then, Cornes has offered an Automatic Management Service (AMS) to provide comprehensive lists of nautical charts, including all new and revised editions, to ship owners, ship management companies, and vessel operators for safer navigation.
